Certified Fitness Trainer
and Personal Coach
Becky Coward has been helping people build stronger, healthier lives through fitness since 2002. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) in 2003 and is the owner of BFit Coaching, LLC, where she offers personal training, small group training, group fitness classes, rebound (bounce) classes, virtual coaching, and customized fitness programming.
Over the past two decades, Becky has worked in a variety of gyms and fitness studios, building lasting relationships with clients—many of whom have trained with her for more than 20 years. She has been honored as Best Personal Trainer in her area and was voted Best Spin Instructor for three consecutive years.
Becky has extensive experience working with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, including those managing Crohn’s disease, fibromyalgia, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, arthritis, orthopedic injuries, chronic back and shoulder pain, PTSD, depression, and other health challenges. She believes every person deserves an exercise program that is safe, effective, and tailored to their individual needs.
At the heart of Becky’s coaching philosophy is the belief that lasting health comes from sustainable daily habits—not quick fixes. She meets people where they are, helping them build strength, confidence, and consistency through movement, balanced nutrition, and a healthy mindset. Whether someone is just beginning their fitness journey or looking to reach new goals, Becky is passionate about providing the knowledge, encouragement, and accountability needed to create lasting change.
Her mission is simple: to help people feel stronger, move better, and enjoy healthier, more fulfilling lives.
My Vision
My vision is to provide a community of like minded people who value a healthy lifestyle. I want my clients to work together and play together! I don't believe that the only way to get fit is in the gym. I love getting outside to hike, ride bikes, run, paddle, or get together to meditate. There are many roads that lead to success and I want to travel them all!
