Hi, I’m Becky
Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach
Becky has been a fitness professional since 2002. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) and has spent over two decades helping clients become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
As a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, spin instructor, and wellness coach, Becky has worked with clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds. Her dedication and expertise have been recognized through multiple awards, including Best Spin Instructor for What's Up West County for three consecutive years and Best Personal Trainer for two consecutive years.
Becky is passionate about helping people create a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. She believes that exercise, nutrition, mindset, and daily habits are all essential pieces of a fulfilling life. Through personalized coaching, she helps clients set meaningful goals, build sustainable habits, and develop a positive approach to wellness.
Her goal is simple: to help each client feel stronger, move better, and gain the confidence and knowledge needed to make lasting changes for a healthier life.
